Do you guys take walk-ins?

 

Please note that Mobile Buyers Australia's drop-off service is by appointment only, and we do not accept walk-ins. To arrange a quote and schedule an appointment to drop off your device, please contact us at 0452 481 939 beforehand.

How do you make payments?

Once we have examined your device and confirmed its condition, we offer payment options including cash, PAYID, or bank transfer.

Do you buy used devices?

​

We don't buy used, iCloud-locked, counterfeit or stolen devices; we only buy brand-new, sealed model phones/devices.

Do you purchase devices that are not on your price list?

​

Certainly, we are happy to provide you with a quote for any item that is not listed on our pricing sheet. Just reach out to us and let us know what you're looking to sell, and we'll get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

Do you pick it up? 

​

We're conveniently located in Footscray, just a 10-minute drive from Melbourne CBD. If you're unable to drop off your device, we also offer postage and delivery options for Metro areas. Feel free to contact us for more information on these services.
